The Management Team

Nannas Day Nurseries is lead by a team of childcare industry professionals headed by Essex Business Woman Of The Year, Keely Hogben.  Having spent eight years at Nannas Day Nurseries, one of the founder members, Keely has grown the business from £8,000 in yearly revenue to over £1,000,000 at the end of 2006.

Nannas Day Nurseries is an exciting opportunity that provides safe and secure childcare to the area.  Through a combination of well-priced services, Outstanding customer service, and a well-seasoned management team, Nannas Day Nurseries will quickly gain market share and a reputation as a premier childcare provider.

Keely Hogben BA(Hons) PGCert EYPS

As one of the founders of Nannas Day Nurseries, Keely has been with the company since it opened in 1997. With a background in sales and marketing, working for some of the largest corporations in the world, Keely found that when she became pregnant with her first child she wanted to change direction.

In 1996, Keely embarked on the Learning Through Play course and was inspired by the late Barbara Hubbard and Janet Delves. Having started a degree in early Childhood Studies at the UEA, Keely looked at how childcare could have more flexibility, whilst retaining quality and yet be affordable for parents, so by 1997 Nannas was open for business.

After completing her degree in Early Years Keely has gone on to gain further postgraduate qualifications in Early Years and Leadership including the new Early Years Professional Status.

Keely has also worked as a CACHE tutor and moderator for over a decade and continues to work as an Early Years Consultant. This year Keely will speak at the National Day Nurseries Association Conference.

Keely has won numerous awards including the Early Years Achievement Award, Business Woman of the Year, Exceptional Leader and CEO of the Year.

Keely was recently invited by the NDNA (National Day Nurseries Association) to give a workshop at their annual conference in Coventry, around ?Building a world class workforce on a budget? which was a huge success in these difficult economic times, particularly as Keely gave key advice for businesses.
