The nursery mainly employees Full Time staff only, but Part Time staff are required for lunch cover.

| Nursery Practitioners: | Qualification Minimum Level 3 or above in Childcare and Education |
| Assistant Practitioners: | Qualification Minimum Level 2 in Childcare and Education |
| Student Assistant Practitioners: |
An interest in Childcare and a commitment to the subject. Willing to learn on the job and be trained to Level 2 and above. |
| Nursery Chef: |
An interest in Food and Catering and a basic knowledge and understanding of Food Hygiene (although training will be provided) |
