At Last ... The Award Winning Nannas comes to Colchester.

The much awaited arrival of the Nannas Neighbourhood Nursery is finally over, the purpose built 50-place nursery opened on July 12th 2004. The nursery was created to improve the opportunities for families within the Sure Start Area of Colchester, although the nursery is open for anyone to use.

With 12 places for children from 0 - 2 in a beautiful baby unit and separate garden area and 38 places for children aged 2 - 4 in a magnificent room with a castle and a huge garden the nursery met every aspect of quality we have come to expect from Nannas.

Best of all however are the fees, as part of the government's project to help parents into training and employment every place is reduced and as you will see from the three case studies we have presented some parents are saving over £100 per week on the cost of a child care place.

Jane is 21 with a 6month old baby, Jane has no job and no qualifications, now that Jane has had her baby she would really like to work with children. At Nannas Neighbourhood Nursery Jane will be able to train to become a fully qualified nursery nurse in just two years and best of all the cost of her child care.... absolutely free!

Tom is a lone parent, his son, Jake is now 3 and as they live in the Sure Start area and Tom works more than 16 hours per week he only pays £39.96 per week for his childcare that's for five full days less than 80p per hour!

Sue and her partner and their 9month old baby live in the Sure Start Area; both are working and are not entitled to any benefits however their child care is only £17 per day!

The nursery is open from Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 6.30pm, if you want to take advantage of these incredible saving (even if you do not live in the Sure Start Area ALL PLACES ARE REDUCED) or you are interested in childcare training you should call right now on 01206 791501.
